The Company’s financial performance for the year ended 31st March, 2021 is summarized below:

DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors is pleased to recommend a dividend @ 10% per Equity Share of 100/- each i.e. at Rs.10 for the year ended 31st March, 2021. The dividend on the Equity Share is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and would result in a Dividend outflow of Rs. 20,00,000/-

REVIEW OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND FUTURE PROSPECTS

• The Company carries out the business of Pest Control and Fumigation.
• The net sales during the year 2020-21 increased by 16.65% to Rs. 20.32 crores as compared to Rs. 17.42 crores during the same period in 2019-20
• The total turnover increased to Rs. 21.33 crores compared to the previous year’s figure of Rs. 18.47 crores.
• The PAT was Rs. 131.93 lacs during the current year compared to Rs. 71.25 lacs in the previous year
• The COVID-19 pandemic situation has created an environment of business uncertainty

Jardine Henderson Limited was commissioned in India by M/s. Jardine Skinner Inc., London under their banner. This company was amalgamated with M/s. Henderson Group and renamed Jardine Henderson Limited by Metha Group while taking over for Jardine Skinner. Presently the company has Mr. RakeshMacwanas Managing Director. Our Director Board has 8 Directors.

Our Pest Control Division has its Head Office at #4, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Sarani, Kolkata and manned by Mr. B.M.Lakshmeesh, CEO who has over thirty years of experience in this field &Mr.E.KarunanithiRegional Manager for entire south India and Mr.M. Prabhakara Reddy is a Technical Manager for Andhra Pradesh &TamilnaduStates.
