The summarized standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the
financial year ended March 31, 2021 as compared to the previous year are as under:
The net revenue of the Company was Rs.2,233.86 lakhs as against Rs. 6,414.21 lakhs
in the previous year. The loss before tax was Rs. 1548.62 lakhs as against Rs. 839.26/-
lakhs profit in the previous year.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited‟s (BPCL) investment in the Company is 23.03%
(as on 31st March, 2021), therefore your Company is an Associate Company of the
BPCL.
- Payment of Dividend
In view of the loss for the year ended, the Directors do not recommend any dividend
on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
